If you are not available to take receipt of the product either Royal Mail will take the item to your local sorting office for collection or our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on this card to collect your products.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you a full refund including the original delivery charge. If an item is returned after the 7 days but within the 30 day period, we will refund the item cost excluding the original delivery charge.
The following conditions will also apply:
• If the item is damaged or lost after being in your care, your right to a money back guarantee is waived.
• Does not apply if the seal or plastic wrapping on the vitamins or shakes is broken.
