Nice machine
Easy to use, make nice thick frothy milk. I find the min max lines very hard to see unless under light and on using the chocolate setting it does tend to burn a bit on the base of the pot and it is hard to get off even when instantly putting boiling water in as soon as emptying the milk into mug otherwise a nice machine

I received this as a Christmas present from my son. It worked perfectly over Christmas & into the New Year. But tonight (Sun, 21 Jan) it just stopped working for no reason. It was not over used during this period of time, so not impressed that it only lasted for under a month.

Bought one for my son in law for Christmas He loved it Unfortunately, stopped working but a replacement was issued within a day of my returning the old one with proof of sending My only slight problem is that the drink could be a bit hotter especially the latte

Sleek design and fast. However, it wasn't made clear that it only holds 200ml which will not fill an average sized mud. Also if more than one person wants a drink, they have to wait until another mix can be prepared and heated.

Impressed with this little machine. So far only tried to make cappuccino and it does this well. Completely silent in operation, whisks a little fiddly to insert and remove.
