How do I change the resistance?

Simply by using the dial located centrally below the fixed handle.

How do I change the incline? (FITT Strider only)

On the bottom rear side of the unit, there is a spring locking knob that can be adjusted between 3 incline levels.

How do I maintain my FITT Strider?

It is advised to regularly check all fixing points to ensure nuts, bolts & screws are all securely fastened. This will stop any squeaking over time.

What's the maximum user weight?

120kg

Is there a maximum/minimum user height?

We advise that this product is best used for people who are 4ft 11 and above.

How long does it take to assemble?

This product takes approximately 40-50 minutes to assemble.

What do I do if my floor is not level?

2 of the feet caps have adjustment dials that allow you to alter the height of the feet to ensure your FITT Strider never wobbles.
