Can I cook without the inner pot?

No, you cannot cook without the inner pot. The inner pot must always be used when cooking. Place any additional cookware you are using inside the inner pot.

The unit is stuck on the counter. How should I move it?

The unit has suction cup feet on the bottom. You must pull the unit straight up to move it. Make sure to place the unit in the location you plan on using it before you turn it on.

How tall is the unit with the air fryer lid on?

The space from the bottom of the unit to the top of the open lid measures 56cm. Make sure to have adequate room to open the lid when cooking.

How can I remove the inner grill pan?

We do not recommend removing the grill pan until it is cool to the touch. Insert a silicone-tipped tong into the centre opening and grab the grill pan.

Should I use the air fryer lid when making fried chicken?

When frying any type of food in oil, do not use the air fryer lid. There is a fry setting on the unit that should be used when frying food in oil.

How long is the power cord? Is it detachable?

The power cord measures 81cm. It is not detachable.

Are the parts Dishwasher Safe?

Only the inner Pot and Glass Lid are dishwasher safe. Although these compartments are dishwasher safe, we recommend cleaning by hand. Hand-washing preserves the life of the cookware and helps maintain appearance.
