Can I shut the Power XL Vortex Air Fryer at any time?

Yes. You can manually shut off the Power XL Vortex by pressing the ‘Power Button’ at any time or remove the basket. The fan will continue to run for 10 seconds to cool the appliance down.

Can I check the progress of my food during cooking?

Yes, you can remove the Basket at any time while cooking is in progress. During this time, you can shake the contents in the Basket if needed to ensure even cooking.

Does the unit need time to heat up?

Yes, pre-heat is needed when using a cold Power XL Vortex Air Fryer (e.g. not recently used). Press the Time Decrease Button to set the preheat time to 3 mins. When the preheat cycle finishes, carefully pull the Basket out of the Unit and place the ingredients inside.

Can I reheat sauces or soups?

No. Never cook or reheat liquids in the Unit.
