How do I steam Vertically?

Place your jacket, blouse, shirt or suit trousers on a hanger.

Place your iron a few centimetres from the fabric and spray the steam towards it. Steam using Vertical movements, from top to bottom. Repeat the process until the creases disappear.

For even faster steaming, use your free hand to keep your item stretched down. Pulling the fabric tight reduces creases and increases steam efficiency.

If one part is particularly creased, just apply the steam for slightly longer.

What water should I use for ironing?

For best results and to prolong the life of your appliance, we recommend that you use demineralised, distilled or filtered water. This will help prevent the build-up of limescale inside your Verti Steam Station.

Can I use essential/aromatherapy oils in the Verti Steam Station?

Essential oils should not be used in your Verti Steam Station. They are not water soluble and will not be evaporated into steam. The oils may build up on the inside of your steamer, causing it to clog. It could shorten the life of your garment steamer.

The continuous powerful steam is 3 bar of pressure (40/g minute).

If the water level drops below 90ml then the water level warning light will come on. You will need to add more water for the warning light to go off.
