VERY USEFUL ADDITION
Having already trained as a holistic masseur I find it relieves a lot of tension and one can enjoy it anytime of the day which is spare,no oils etc to prepare so again it saves on the washing towels

Does what it claims!
Having recently suffered from a trapped nerve, I was still getting Physiotherapy, on pain killers & nerve blockers, still in pain & not getting great sleep. I lie on the mattress for 20 - 30mins & get a good nights sleep. It has helped me so much, my pain is reduced & I feel much more like myself. Half an hour twice a day really works.
The main part works well with the intensity of the heat and massage individually controlled. The massage action in the pillow is quite fierce and difficult to place in the right spot but this could be a personal problem.

So good. Like having personal spa masseuse that you can use anytime for free. The different modes and ability to select different areas and the heat function all help so much. Not just with aches and pains but with relaxation. So impressed by this, so easy to use as a mat on the bed or floor anywhere, it is thick and soft enough to be comfortable on the floor. And you could detach the pillow to use separately on the lower back on a chair etc. I love it.
