Worst mattress in the world
This is the most uncomfortable mattress that i have ever slept on. I watched the demonstration and listened to all the descriptions on the TV and found nothing that resembles it.
I purchased this to use on my rise and fall electric chair so that i could sleep comfortably but i found it to be useless. I can feel all the lumps of the pads inserted and it keeps sliding off the chair.

Relaxing
I am elderly & have a lot of discomfort with Cervical & Lumbar issues. I thought this mig9ht help ease some of the discomfort. I can certainly say it helped me relax. The pillow part is very hard & uncomfortable so had to remove it.

Surely would have been quicker, cheaper and more efficient to just send the missing item!

Good but with some flaws
Ok but only downfall is i think for smaller framed person the vibration buttons could be closer to the centre and also the neck pillow massagers too wide so I don’t feel them

Not all good as i have back problems
Not for me?? As i have lower back, neck problems this is not good for this purpose and also pillow is stiff and unable to connect to lower head and neck... so no suprized not for me????
