NIt does not fold back I and several people have tried them .It was very disappointing as I purchased it for my great granddaughters birthday should have read the reviews beforehand.

Hide away tent doesn't hide away very easy.
Grandson loved it , but i found the tent hard to fold back down i followed the instructions but it still wouldn't fold down , the tent is now bent out of shape so have to leave it up.
